In the latest instalment of the Countdown to April 1st, we just wanted to remind you of a few important things you need to know to register your club with CKBC.
1) CKCmember.ca (Padtrac replacement). The system is now up and running and live. Has your club received its login credentials and began to set up your Club's registration? Please go to ckcmember.ca to get signed up. Just a reminder this new system will be required to have participants in the system in order to be covered by insurance. Furthermore, this system will be how CKC and CKBC manage all the new Safe Sport Program requirements. Go to ckcmember.ca to get started and using the platform.
2) CKBC Membership is online and available for clubs to register for your annual membership dues. Two important links for you:
a) CKBC Membership Page - Here you can find fee structures, and other annual membership information.
b) Annual Dues Registration Link - Direct link to the CKBC's 2020.21 Club Annual Dues Registration.
3) Membership Checklist - Please ensure your club logs onto the Presidents/Commodore Private page (get your credentials by requesting so from CKBC's office) or view the membership checklist here.
4) Annual Report Template - As your Club's AGM approaches, please ensure you use the Annual Report Template before sending it off to CKBC
For any further questions please contact the CKBC office by topic and a member of our Staff will help you as soon as possible.
