Diane is a calm, inclusive, organized and knowledgeable coach. I have always been impressed with her ability to empower and motivate the FCSCC athletes on and off the water. In short, I am ecstatic that she is being recognized. I would also like to give a big shout out to her husband, Laurence Chin, for all his efforts in the development of FCSCC too.”
The Club Development Award is presented annually to a coach, club leader or volunteer who has clearly demonstrated his or her abilities at developing a club or the sport through grassroots programs such as creating a new club or program or promoting the sport through the club.
