The nationally recognized CanoeKids Summer Camp program is a great place for children 6 years and older to learn fundamental canoe and kayak skills and to encourage a lifelong interest in paddling.
CanoeKids camps are designed to:
Help children develop water safety awareness and skills.
Help children develop confidence on the water.
Provide children an opportunity to paddle and socialize with their friends in a team environment.
Build overall motor skills.
Campers develop water safety awareness and paddling skills throughout the week, while increasing their confidence on the water.
Part of the experience includes an introduction to canoe and kayak, on-land active games, crafts, and discovery time led by National Coaches Certification Program (NCCP) trained staff.
No paddling experience required!
